Return policy
Cancelling an order is always possible within 14 calendar days.
Items that have already been printed cannot be cancelled or returned. The right of withdrawal does not apply to such orders because these are not standard stock items, but specially made-to-measure products.
Non-personalised items can be returned to us within 14 working days. Do not hesitate to contact our customer service; there may well be another, faster solution for your issue.
